Hello, gorgeous! This is Rebecca here from Darling Cashmere. I am an event planner, blogger, wife, and soon-to-be mommy who absolutely loves to entertain.

Whether your gathering is sweet and intimate or fills every nook and cranny you have, offering a signature cocktail can be the perfect way to get your soirée off to a fun start! Be sure to offer your guests all of the delicious ingredients needed to create a tasty drink to sip on!

With the traditional pomegranate season coming to a close, this is the ideal time to sneak in a few more concoctions with this fancy superfood.

For this version of the Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail, I started with brut champagne, pure pomegranate juice, fresh pomegranate arils/seeds, and added papaya nectar for a sweet kick.

Directions:

1. Slice a pomegranate in half and remove the arils/seeds. Scoop a heaping tablespoonful into each glass.

2. Pour 2 oz. champagne into glass, followed by 1 oz. of pomegranate juice and ½ oz. of papaya nectar.

3. Stir, don’t shake. Add simple syrup, if needed, for extra sweetness. Multiply the recipe for a larger batch!

Psst you can replace the champagne with ginger ale for a yummy non-alcoholic version of this cocktail!
