TSOS CHARLESTON RECAP: DAY THREE

Hi y'all! We have spent the week recapping TSOS Charleston, beginning with Day One + Day Two (here + here in case you missed them). Day Three of the Charleston school was hands-down my favorite. I'm still blown away with what our attendees created that day.

Between the bouquet class, taught by Amy Osaba, and the bridal sessions, with Carol Hannah as a style coach, the ladies each created something so unique and so beautiful!

Our day started with even more goodies! This time, Lydia Robins Hendrix + Paper Birch Designs teamed up to create the beautiful engraved boxes (full of honey, tea, honey dippers + more!). They also collaborated to create the custom wood + linen art for the ladies to put in their home as a way to remember the week. Vie de Vic made personalized portrait place cards for each attendee and Intentionally Designed sent "The Best is Yet to Come" prints as a sweet reminder for each attendee.

While some attendees had their head shots taken by Sawyer Baird, others chose their gowns, accessories, and had a consultation with their hair and make up team. It was so much fun to see their visions come to life!

Carol Hannah provided stunning gowns and veils and Petals + Stones provided lovely headpieces and jewelry.

With hair and makeup well underway (Teighla Norris + MiKel Rumsey killed it!), the attendees learned how to create bouquets with Amy. Adorn Co. sent dozens of beautiful ribbon colors for them to choose from when creating!

With models in hair and make up, bouquets created, it was time for the bridal sessions to begin! Each attendee was assigned a model and a photography team. We had four amazing film photographers: Jodi Miller, Sawyer Baird, Perry Vaile, and Corbin Gurkin. Because the grounds of Middleton are so diverse, we were able to assign each photography team to a different terrain to get a few different looks. I can't wait to share these beautiful sessions with you next week!

While half the group prepped or executed their bridal session, the other half learned brush calligraphy from sweet and talented Lydia Robins Hendrix! It was such a peaceful and relaxing afternoon!

We finished up the day with a wonderful (and yummy!) final dinner at the Pavilion. We had lots of friends with us - photographers, models, hair and makeup artists, attendees, speakers, + staff - and it was the perfect ending to the week!

I'm always humbled and blown away by the relationships that are formed and the way people pour into one another. It was refreshing and encouraging to say the least!

A big thank you to Polished Tabletop for the beautiful china, glassware, and flatware and to Lydia Robins Hendrix + Paper Birch Designs for the lovely leather engraved place cards!

Check back next week to see each and every bridal session that was designed at TSOS Charleston!
